Every GERIVIMA product is sourced directly from trusted manufacturers to ensure strict quality standards. We accept returns on all kitchen accessories, storage organizers, cleaning tools, and laundry essentials within thirty days of delivery.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that items showing clear signs of use, damage not caused by our shipping, or missing original packaging cannot be accepted for refunds due to safety and hygiene compliance.

To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@gerivima.com with your order number and proof of purchase. We will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions within twenty-four hours.

The return process

We keep our return process as straightforward as our products. No complicated loops, just direct assistance from our team.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package without tracking validation.

Approved refunds are processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, whether Stripe, PayPal, or credit card, within five to ten business days.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you have not received your refund after ten business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or payment processor, as processing times can vary.
